Visitors in the hallways and outside up all night. Also seems like noone slept noise constantly in rooms next door and above us. Landscaping started at 7am on a saturday

ROOM CANCELED?? We drove five and a half hours to this hotel only to be told they canceled our reservation that morning. No contact ahead of time From the property. We booked our room well over a week in advance. We were traveling with friends and they had their reservation honored. We received no explanation for why the reservation This left us scrambling for a hotel room which we found forty miles up the highway. Never in my life have I been treated like this without an explanation. Extremely poor customer service.

Excessive Noise: Constant noise from the freeway. Dogs barking throughout the night. Room Conditions: Subpar cleanliness with blood stains on the bathroom floor and sheets. Presence of dog urine and hair in the corners of the closet. Furniture Damage: Chewed-up chairs and doors. Strong urine odors in the elevator and near the elevator door. Unpleasant Surroundings: Strong smell of marijuana in the parking lot. Homeless individuals loitering around the front gate. The exterior of the building is nice, giving the idea that its the same inside. The smell on every floor was terrible. It was enough to make us almost puke. The staff is not very helpful or polite. Our room was the only thing we actually liked. Large fridge large microwave, and a tub in bathroom. We would have liked to make coffe in the morning but no coffee maker.

El cuarto no lo pudieron abrir estaba cerrado entonces tuve que dirigirme a buscar otro hotel el cual lo encontré muy lejos y demasiado caro por no tomar tiempo en buscarlo fue de verdad terrible confiar en la aplicación y en el hotel también tengo quejas de la aplicación la cual no me ha devuelto el dinero que me cobró lo que quiere decir es que pagué por 1/4 que no me pudieron abrir para usarlo y tuve que buscar otro hotel la mitad de la noche pagando una suma demasiado alto deben de poner más cuidado
