They charge you for dirty towels and you have to take the dirty towels or bedding down for replacement, cleaning services is every 14 days which is very inconvenient. And you have to take your own trash to the trash container, if you put it on the side of the container because it full they fine you. For people who are looking for an affordable place to stay while working out of town it’s not worthy. They also tried to break into my car overnight, not very safe. One of the rooms I rented had no microwave for 4 days.

Do not stay The room was disgusting. The chairs were all torn. The bathroom door had a hole that was patched in it as if someone punched it.

Stayed here for an extended business trip, however I checked out mid way through stay because of the conditions. This hotel must be contracted for transient housing and have “policies” that are indignant and abusive! You can’t get clean towel/linens without bringing them to the front desk for inspection and you must wash them first or you will be charged extra. Avoid it Terrible experience in this hotel . AC wasnt working . Bad smell in the hotel and there was no one at reception during night to take care of the issues .

They charge a fee if you don’t take out your own trash, only clean the room every 14 days. The chair next to the bed was old and the upholstry was falling off of it. It’s an apartment alternative so there are people playing loud music and banging on things all night.

The rooms seemed to be falling apart! I changed two rooms all seemed the exact same!

They make you pay a 100$ cash deposit and don't even let you know before arriving. The A/C in our room didn't blow out hardly any air and the area around the hotel is very heavily populated with transient.
