Madison was there to greet me as soon as I arrived. She verified that I was there for an oil change and tire rotation. She took pictures of my Crosstrek and asked if I had any questions or concerns. She stated what the wait time would be and service was completed within the time frame.

Moved to Clarksville a few months ago and my Subaru indicated low tire pressure. Pulled into Subaru Service and was greeted by a young lady that was very pleasant and took care of my issue.
