Met immediately and very courteous. Quickly checked in and shown to the customer waiting area. Area was clean and stocked. Complex task in less than an hour.

The service was adequate. The saving grace for this dealership was Emma. She truly tried to make my situation right and my kudos goes to her. Now her service technician was not the most diligent. I have an older Subaru that was neglected by the previous owner. It was left outside to rot. I have spent the last 2 years bringing it back to life and doing work to it here and there. My fan now makes noise that it didnt make before. I went in for an audio update recall.. might be making my vehicle make noises to try to get me to come back and spend money... so wrong!!!
3 hours for an alignment. It s not aligned. I was told if it doesn’t hold this one we will deep dive the problem.
