I was greeted cordially upon my arrival. I was greeted cordially upon my arrival. Scott and I engaged in small talk as he automobile and ascertained what I needed done. He then escorted me to the waiting area and showed me the refreshments offered. During my wait he kept me informed on the progress of the service. When the car was returned he explained the results of the inspections.

The dealership has clear signs where to go, and when The dealership has clear signs where to go, and when pulling up a service advisor meets you. They have a nice waiting area well you wait for your car to be served. I like how clear and transparent they are with what your car needs and what can be held off till next time.

Great experience I bought the car from the dealership and purposefully drove an hour to get it serviced there because of the experience quality and the service department was just as good as the sales department

WJ Subaru services always provides excellent service on WJ Subaru services always provides excellent service on my vehicle & keeps me up to date on things I should know about my vehicle. Scott made sure everything was taken care of on my ascent, & if there were any issues he let me know very quickly.. as long as he is at WJ I would like to work with him in any future issues we may have!

I was kept informed while works was being done. I was kept informed while works was being done. The only negative is that I get phone calls trying to get me to trade in my car after service. While this works for some I find it offensive. I have a ten year warranty on the car which suggests I'm not likely to trade it in at five years. Part of the reason I purchase Subarus is their longevity if taken care of.
