"Excellent Service" I would give the sesrvice staff a 10 for excellence if it were availble here. From my arrival and greeting from the customer service lad who was extremel knowledgeable to the amazing technician who discovered my Subaru 2006 Baja problem in less than an hour was totally impressive. I would never take my baby Baja anywhere else. THANK YOU.
"Courteous Service" The service department fit me in for an unscheduled visit. They replaced my timing belt since it was soon due. I was furnished a nice loaner vehicle while the service was being done. They also finished earlier than I expected. The service staff was courteous. My Outback has a good health record and I'm a happy camper. Job well done.

"Well worth the drive!!!!!" I wanted a sporty all wheel drive vehicle and since I already owned a Subaru, passed down from my mom, I knew the quality and dependability of the brand, so naturally I wanted a WRX STI!! "A New Experience For Me" I've been shopping vehicles for months, not by choice but waiting on a competitor's buy-back program. "Purchasing a SUV" I drove from Memphis today to purchase an Outback from Jeannie Kerr. After a nightmare bait and switch from the Memphis dealer, I requested quotes via the web for COSTCO and USAA. I talked to several people at multiple dealerships. Jeannie was the the only one who inspired my confidence. It was worth driving 400+ miles to purchase a vehicle from her. "Great Experience" I could not have had a better experience anywhere else. Ilona helped me find the right car with exactly everything that I wanted and for the right price.
