Josh was incredibly a accommodating and communicative. Everyone else at the dealership was also very friendly. I was super nervous/anxious about purchasing a vehicle (my previous car was stolen and wrecked) but Josh made me feel really comfortable and secure in the process.

It took forever. The wait was way too long. Y'all did actually rotate my tires this time though
