Awesome feel when you walk in the door, very welcoming. They don't push you to make a deal or treat you like they know whats best for you. Blaise was the salesman I worked with, phenomenal guy. Didn't sugarcoat or try to hide anything from me, very transparent. He also followed up with me the next day to see if I had any questions or concerns with the truck. Very professional and considerate. Not too pushy on the sale, and offered a great deal.
I was disappointed I didn’t get some help with my windshield that cracked for no apparent reason. My insurance has 1k deductible so I was out of pocket 900.00. Person who replaced windshield said it was his second replacement that week of a stress fracture of a windshield on a Highlander.

It took longer then originally planned for me to get my car back and the service desk people didn’t know if my car was completed when I did come to pick it up.
