Devin was great! I felt like the maintenance took longer than it should have. (Replacing 3M tape). Also who did the repair changed a bunch of settings and switch positions in the cabin which was very annoying. The repair had nothing to do with bed lighting so I'm not sure why that switch was touched for example.
Appointment time was honored. Everything was communicated effectively. Customer service was processional Service time for vehicle was efficient.
