Service was not completed. car was there 2 hours. I left with service incomplete. I left with out service completed.
They had my car for 2 weeks or longer used up all the money in the estimate, but didn't turn in another estimate when they supposedly needed more. Got over paid and tried to keep the money.
Feel robbed I feel that I was robbed with the price of wjat I had done I understand flat rate charges but it seemed high
I took it in to have the rubber strip fixed on the roof of the truck. I waited 3 hours for the glue to cure. It did but I drove it home slowly and then I found a one inch in the front that was loose. That needs fixed. This is the 3rd time.
Will only take the car for warranty/ covered service at this dealership. All of the recent changes have not been good.
He didn't seem to care about my complaint about my hood. It shakes on the interstate and he told me that's just how they are made nowadays. He said they couldn't do anything about it and that they weren't going to test it out anyway because the roads are bad. Which is fair but I'm starting to regret my purchase.
All waist of time I spent 2hours there for them to do a paperwork that I don't need to be there for them to do and this is the 2nd time, I called ahead to make sure the have my tire I stock before I went there , I am using my insurance to replace my tire. They have me waiting fo 2,hours then tell me that they don't have the tire in stock...that is evil
