Third time taking my vehicle in to get serviced and I've gotten it back messed up making me have to go back in to get it fixed. I've asked for the service manager to call and have yet to hear from him.
Overcharged by $100 I was overcharged for what I asked for. Oil change was $350 and I've never paid that at Wyatt Johnson and I've only bought my vehicles from Wyatt Johnson. Honest o think this was the firing pint for me to find a new dealership to buy from and support for oil changes .
My maintenance service was great and everyone I worked with was very kind and helpful. However I also needed new break pads and rotors, and parts needed to be ordered. It has been weeks and no one has communicated if they have come in or not, and my husband has had the same issue when needing parts for his truck.
They did not fix dents that were supposed to be fixed and the detailing was poor.
Came in as a walk in my tire need pressure, so I thought, had to get a courtesy ride to work and was not contacted about updates and status of my vehicle after calling several times, unable to talk with my advisor.
Made an oil change appointment around a month in advance but still had to wait 3 hours. I asked specifically to have my tires cross rotated to two different people but still was not done. ??
Lied to me about my brake pads was offered a xx recommendation. When I declined the xx Up sale the rep puts a derogatory statement on my vehicles history saying I declined the xx recommendation to change my rear brake pads that were at '3MM'. So I drove 3 and half hours to the dealership I bought the truck from to have them put a video on my vehicles history of the Multiple point inspection where my break pads are 6mm+ just incase I run into any issues from the xx recommendation. The ladies were extremely rude and un professional, I had the tires rotated and balanced and the tire sensors where never programmed and one tire I had to put air in when I got home
Arrived at 8:15 for 8:30 appointment for a rattle. Diagnostics completed at 11:19. Estimate for $2,638.89 additional services. Completed authorization for heat shield tightening. Got call @ 1:12 for repair completed. $162.56 & 5 hours in the waiting area for minor repair.
