The sales process was smooth, you all let me borrow the car so my wife could see it. Really appreciated that! Jimmy was great through that process. My main issues came after we purchased the car. This dealership recommended expensive services that were not needed according to the vehicle maintenance manual. A shuttle was requested with the service appointment made online. The shuttle was not available until almost an hour after the scheduled appointment time. When checking out the advisor charged services that were covered under a pre existing package that came with the car. The multi point inspection was not gone over in detail when checking out.

Didn't feel like a valued customer and am unsure of the validity of the 4 point inspection since my brand new windshield wipers were replaced and the recall my car had was missed by staff till I pointed out these errors. Staff didn't seem to care much just seemed understaffed so they didn't have time to care.
Very over priced and they took forever. They are very disorganized and I had minimal updates on my vehicle.
After the service was completed I left the dealership to drop by my bank. After I got out of my Truck there was Grease all over my Driver's Floor and the Gray sill area had grease all over it. I’m leaving this review to help other Toyota owners make informed decisions about maintenance recommendations. I own a 2017 Toyota 4Runner. At 62,000 miles, the dealership recommended and performed spark plug replacement and an automatic transmission fluid drain-and-fill.
