I'm not one for writing reviews, but I had to share my experience here. All of the people here seem like good people. However, the bottom line is they want you in the store, and anything they tell you on the phone doesn't really count. You are expected to take whatever they offer for your vehicle, even if it's low-mileage and super-clean. I sold my vehicle to another dealership for $10K more than these guys' best offer. I called due to an issue and need for an upcoming service. I didn't feel my issue was taken seriously or hear considering it was a brand new vehicle. I also asked a question that no one has yet to answer.
He didn't charge me for the car at the price we negotiated. The price of the car we agreed on is 53,000 US dollars all-inclusive, but the contract I saw shows that it is more than 54,000 US dollars.
Vehicle was there for almost 2 full months waiting on a common part. Few updates. Lots of excuses and no compensation for the time we spent without a vehicle. Did not let us speak to service or general management regarding concerns.
Felt very rushed with given information. Tire rotation felt questionable and our tires were not aired up to proper psi when finished.
The communication is poor. I did not receive any updates on my car even when it was days past the promised completion date.
Was told that I needed new tire at 25k miles. Salesman told me the tires were 75k tires when I bought it. Paid a lot of money for that car and good tires were part of that calculation. Very dishonest.
Chris is good. He has started to undo the months of horrid experiences and disappointment.
When I took my car in it did not pull to the right get in it drive home all it does is pull to the right .
