Communication was excellent. The inspection video was amazing. Ian did what he could to get what I needed done under warranty. Amazing service.

We drove up to the Garage door and someone came right out to meet us! The lady asked us to pull in the garage behind another car and leave the keys in the car. We were told to go into the office and register our car and explain what needed to be done. After that we were instructed to go to the comfortable waiting room and wait. There we enjoyed talking with people, reading , and having a cup of coffee. Everyone that we dealt with at White Johnson Toyota were kind and courteous and professional.

The staff that assisted me with my service needs were very helpful, friendly and kept me updated.
Overall, every person I interacted with at the service center was not personable, all the way from booking my appointment to dropping my car off to picking it up. As a customer, I personally felt like an inconvenience to them and it was not ideal for me.
