The service was good but the person helping us was not. He never came back to let us know what the inspection found. He acted like we were a bother for him to wait on us. We have had him one other time and he was the same way. I will refuse to be waited on by him in the future.
Devon followed your procedures exactly I signed 8 pieces of paper , had to walk around the car while he took pictures It cost 125 for an oil change and took 6 hours to inspect and fix a brake warranty issue Overall I would say someone needs to slash the redtape, slash the paperwork, overall your complete check in process and expedite easy work The actual work to do what you did maybe took an hour or less yet because of the time it took I had to call a friend to pick up and another friend to bring me back Generally speaking i... read more
