Very polite staff, very organized getting you in and out for service but about a month when we went in for an oil change and recall, we told them a tire kept getting low. They didn't find anything. It went flat yesterday. We pumped it up and drove to the dealer. Maybe rim leak? Maybe valve? We feel they should have replaced the tire since we told them about it a month ago. They said since we drove on it, they couldn't do anything for us. My patents are in their 90s and we live over an hour away.
