I gave them a three, because I had to return after an oil change a few days later, because of an oil leak, caused by the oil filter not correctly tightened. Also, oil and dirty areas around top of inside the doors and dirty drivers seat . Strange, because they had plastic on the seat. However, the plastic was not actually covering the seat!!! I didn’t notice the oily areas until I was at home.
