Took full advantage of me being a woman purchasing a car alone and not knowing much about cars myself.
Horrible...you could not pay me to go back there. Absolutely the worst service department I have ever seen!!!!! Thank God ours was warranty work. I'd not trust them to do a job I had to personally fund.
Car battery keeps draining. Dealership said they couldn't find the problem.
Well I was not very happy. I got the prompt on my vehicle to bring it in for service. I had just changed the oil Jan 17th and rotated tires. They showed me a list of everything recommended. I made it clear I had just moved and was struggling so I wanted nothing done. He asked if car needed wipers. The service advisor Matthew was great my complaint is they must over book appointments and make customers wait I was there 2 hrs 15 mins for oil, oil filter, tire rotation & multi point inspection, I never had to wait that long at Raymond Kia in Antioch Illinois Ive been coming to Wyatt Johnson Kia since we moved here 2years 3months ago, I hope they get better with booking the appointments. Other customers were also complaining about waiting to long for service while sitting in the waiting room.
The service was very poor. I have had my car in the shop 4 times to fix a brake issue that started after they replaced the brakes. Problem is still not fixed.
I took my car in for a recall and was told that I had a small crack in my oil pan and an oil leak. When bringing my car to the service department another tech yells this car has NO oil in it, kind of confused how that was the case when I had just gotten my oil changed the month prior. As I was leaving my car started to jerk once I hit 30 mph. I call the next day and I was then told that the information that was given to me by the tech was not what he said. They didnt fix the problem that theyve checked in April my daytime light on passenger side still not fixed
Engine light is on, car is sputtering to start and running rough. Was told basically they know it's a fuel pump code but it looks like an old code, which I called the minute it came on so no it is not an old code, and they cleared it and sent us home. It's still hard starting and running rough.
