They had me bring vehicle twice for engine light on. They ordered parts i was not informed of, put used parts on my vehicle and diagnosed it incorrectly.
Tried charging me way to much for roaters that failed with less then 20,000 miles on it.
Customer service was not friendly
Went for a recall appointment and to check why car was overheating, did not even have my recall parts and spent 4 hours there to be told they ran out of my recall part and it was temperature sensor that was the problem. Turns out that wasnt the problem at all because car still says its over heating. So spent time and money to something it wasnt event fixed.
If I could give zero stars it would be too many. 3 visits to the service department they couldnt find the problem which was new spark plugs as I told them. They also missed the fact that my motor and transmission mounts were bad, which was causing the hard shifting issue I was reporting. Never again will be too soon! Went to VW of North Nashville, got better service, had the problem diagnosed correctly and fixed within a matter of hours for nearly $100 cheaper than Wyatt Johnson.
