Have to take my car to cool Springs because they don't have the technician to fix my car They shouldn't be able to sell any electric cars if they cannot provide technicians to fix or service them
Wasn't transparent about pricing asked for a price on oil change was told 110 and got to the checkout counter and it was 140
Don't typically leave reviews but since you guys texted and emailed 50 times, here goes: I should have listened to the 1 star ratings but I am new in town and have a car that's been serviced with VW for entirety of it's life so tried to continue maintenance with my new local VW. The service advisor was rude and frankly creepy, they wouldn't complete the service that I, a paying customer requested, and then cited it was "company policy" when every other VW dealership has completed the service every 10k miles with no problem. ... read more
This dealership's service department is a complete disappointment. Although the staff are kind and pleasant, they are not honest. I was charged twice for the same repair because the job wasn't done correctly the first time. I paid nearly $2,000, then two weeks later they tried to charge another $2,100 for work I didn't even need. A trusted import shop confirmed those 'serious' repairs were unnecessary. Took my 2013 VW Jetta GLI in to Wyatt Johnson Volkswagen of Clarksville to extract 2 broken spark plugs on May 28th. After doing an Inspection, they told me that I needed a new cylinder head and said I could buy one from eBay. They sent me a couple of links for a cylinder head that matched my engine code. I'll go to Audi of Nashville for my next service.
They were supposed to do a tire rotation. They even marked it on the paperwork as they did it. But it turns out they didn't do it because my same tire that I know was on the front of the car because of some scratches and a bunch of weights on it was still in the same place. So what else are they not doing when you bring it in for service that they say they are doing.

I had fuel injector failure- repair was done in 6 days, was not given loaner car so had to borrow car from a friend (luckily she had one not using for that time) they were dragging time with repair which by the way was in warranty so not too happy with experience
