I can imagine my loved ones living there and being comfortable. We toured the newly redecorated facilities. They were impressive. The staff was friendly, accommodating and my loved ones were very complimentary of all the services offered to them. They must sell their home before making a commitment to move into any location in Jacksonville, but all-in-all they were definitely impressed enough to see themselves living well in Wyndham Lakes.
I do not like the one. Everything is too spread out and a lot of walking.
This community has gone through a major renovation. Some areas are still not complete, but are busy around: I love living here because of the love of people I meet. The facility is a natural paradise not man made, filled with grass and squirrels and plenty of area to walk and enjoy to walk. We actually experience four seasons without real deal climate change.
Good facilities, good food & mostly good services.
I’m Comparison to others this is a great place. Love the rooms and environment. Employees are great. Communication rule changes and dietary needs review.
I believe it is above average. We are in independent living so we are blessed. We can still make decisions. We do plan to stay here…
The length of time for assistance is too long. Food supply should be more acceptable.
Sales team was knowledgble and informative, residents were happy and seemed well cared for. Exterior of the buildings leave much to be desired. Over all pleased with my experience.
I came to tour for myself and it was very nice. The residents are lovely but I am too young to move in just yet.
