The people were friendly, but if did not feel like home. Plus the facility was really dreary.

I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs it. The staff are wonderful and responsive to the residents needs. The staff are available to residents needs

I just wanted to say I think that the Dining Services has become a 5 Star Dining . The food has just gotten better and the Holiday cook out was the icing on the cake . You all are truly Blessed to have the Dining Dir and Staff you have . The caring shows every day in the Dining Room . As well as the Food . Congrats

I am so happy with the Executive Director and Bus office manager. Also maintenance. I called the executive Director to ask her to have my tv put up on the wall and I thought it might cost extra. She called me right back and the tv was up by the end of the day. We is someone in charge who cares and listens.

To the Dining staff at Wyndham Lakes and the Dining Dir . I must say the Mother’s Day meal was a 5 star Meal . I was there with my mother and the Seafood Cassarole and the Rib Eye was to die for . The dessert Peanut Butter Pie was just the icing on the cake . I must say the Dining Dir has change the Dining Experince to a 5 Star Dining . I’m very happy for my mother to be able to say she is home .

Wyndham Lakes has been remodeled and it is STUNNING! They are also the affordable and their Assisted Living apartments have SCREENED PORCHES. I was happy to find a place for my pop because he does not like the thought of living in a "home". He saw Wyndham lakes and loved the huge fountains, geese and ducks. He did not feel shut away and loved being able to go outside. He moved in and paid less than $2500. No one in town could offer that. I was there at Wyndham Lakes with my Husband having Lunch with my Mother . All I can say is 5 Star on the Dining Services Department . Wow Prime Rib, Roasted Lamb, Honey Glazed Ham and all the side dishes . What a Beautiful spread they put on .The Dining Room was set up with Beautiful Flowers on the tables and soft music playing . Met the Dining Dir and he truly takes pride of his Dining Room and his staff . They where all so warm and caring in helping seat us when we came in. [Name removed] was on the carving station . I must say the Buliding is Beautiful . The changes are great it’s so beautiful when walking in to the Buliding . The Lobby is so nice and with the piano it adds a touch of class . The Dining Room is so pretty and the tables being set up looks like a 5 star Resturant . The nursing Department is always so friendly and caring . My only concern is the Actitiveties lacks a lot there . I always see Residents just sitting out side in the evening when I come to visit my Mom . Wyndham Lakes has made many changes new decor, paint, furniture and a new dining area. The dining director and staff are professional and the food is tasty. The building recently had a change in management and changes each day show caring people. However, the Engagement opportunities need much improvement. The staff in that role are not trained and the memory care needs structured, sensory stimulation daily.
