I was not happy that the assistance I am getting is coming from a different company. This really runs my cost up. I was told that the handicap bars in the shower don't have to be in a stud. True or false? When I moved in, the apartment had many cleanliness problems. Even tho they had a month to get it ready, the bathroom was one of the dirtiest rooms. So far it's been very good. I would give them a five, I've been there and eaten with her. She seems to like it there. I would give it a five, I have no complaints so far.

They were very nice to me and they returned all my phone calls. As far as I can tell they have taken care of her; she hasn't been there but only for a couple of days. Overall though, I have nothing but good things to say.

This is one of the places I toured when I was looking. It was beautiful, and we really liked it. We ended up making our final decision based on location. Everyone was helpful and friendly, but it was just too far away.

The staff and managers at Wyndham Lakes are very caring, loving devoted people. They have private rooms which he is a private person allows him to still be. The food is really good likes it. One thing they could improve or add is the trivia questions activities that they only have in the mornings and he doesn't get up in time, they could do another trivia questions in the afternoon he would really like to participate.

So far things have gone well with Wyndam Lakes. I'm pleased with the service, they do a great job taking care of Mom and they are always available to respond to any questions or requests. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the other residents seem friendly. The facility itself is a bit older, and could use some renovations, but overall it is a very nice place.

We toured this community when we were looking into senior living options for our loved ones. This was a very nice looking place, and would have been my second choice. The only issue here was that it was a fairly large campus, with the building being connected by outdoor walkways. My parents would not have liked all of the travel between buildings, especially in the winter.

Of the three we visited, this one came the closer to what we were looking for. Lori Miller no longer there toured with Janet Davidson.
