Nice people. Residents looked happy and it felt like a community. Campus and buildings extremely dated and run down looking. Apartment was nice though. Facility due to be updated.

My husband spent his first night in the Memory Care unit and did very well. Such a relief! The nurse, Kelly, who is SO very nice, helped him get to bed and he slept through the night! My anxiety is now at a very low level. Left him this evening and he was eating dinner with some of the other men in the unit. Am thinking he will gain weight. They provide snacks and dessert, which he did not receive at home! When I left, he did not chase after me. Thank God!

I researched and looked for a place for my Loved One that would accommodate his needs and make him feel at home. I fell in love with Wyndham Lakes the first day I visited the facility. It has surpassed all of my expectations as well as my brother's. We love the staff as well as the tenants that live there. Everyone at Wyndham Lakes are very professional and kind. I was not happy that the assistance I am getting is coming from a different company. This really runs my cost up. I was told that the handicap bars in the shower don't have to be in a stud. True or false? When I moved in, the apartment had many cleanliness problems. Even tho they had a month to get it ready, the bathroom was one of the dirtiest rooms. They were very nice to me and they returned all my phone calls. As far as I can tell they have taken care of her; she hasn't been there but only for a couple of days. Overall though, I have nothing but good things to say.

This is one of the places I toured when I was looking. It was beautiful, and we really liked it. We ended up making our final decision based on location. Everyone was helpful and friendly, but it was just too far away.

The staff and managers at Wyndham Lakes are very caring, loving devoted people. They have private rooms which he is a private person allows him to still be. The food is really good likes it. One thing they could improve or add is the trivia questions activities that they only have in the mornings and he doesn't get up in time, they could do another trivia questions in the afternoon he would really like to participate.
