We like the access to the outdoors with the small screened porches, and the ability to plant flowers outside the porch. It makes it more personal. The staff is friendly and helpful. The facilities are pleasant with a lot of outside space and nice landscaping.

I want families to know that they need to be very visible, be in there several times a week. Parking is fine. The food is okay. My loved one was in the memory care unit. They should have one person who was in there and responsible with the unit. Because they don’t there is a lot miscommunication.

Nice place. Residents were very friendly and happy! Wonderful independent and assisted living facilities. Memory was a little lacking. I understand that it needs to be a locked area, but it was small and felt closed in. My dad is still much more cognizant than the people here seemed to be. Five stars for independent and assisted living, two stars for memory care.

They are very clean. The staff is extremely friendly, I would give them a ten. Some of the activities are geared a little towards the older population. The food is quite good. It would be nice to have a swimming pool. We chose them because of the friendliness of the staff, and because we really felt at home, and the apartment was spacious.

Much older facility but very nice. Much more affordable. Large rooms. One bedrooms are actually two studios put together as found in a hotel: (two bathrooms, two closets, two doors, two kitchenettes, etc.) Distance is the main obstacle for me.

Grounds beautiful, wonderful for people that like the outdoors small pond turtles and ducks. The craft area needs supplies. Rooms small, few options for 1 bedroom apartments for assisted living. Porches only for independent living. Staff friendly, smiles everywhere. Warm and welcoming. Menu selection more than adequate, resident can request simple special requests ie grilled cheese. Greetings, First and foremost, my senior advisor at A Place for Mom was incredible! We had never had to look for this and she made it so much better. My uncle has no one but us and he is thrilled and engaged at Wyndham Lakes. I wrote a letter to the Executive Director at Wyndham Lakes only 5 days after my uncle moved in. The sales person was and remains incredible and the staff in general. We are so pleased and truly believe this will be great for him.

I liked the rooms there but in order to get to meals they had to walk outside, it was covered but even though it's Florida we do have some inclimate weather. The rooms were very nice and they all had screened in patios and were a good size with a full kitchen.

They have two types of living, she is in the independent living, but they also have a full assisted living section. She gets three meals and plenty of snacks, as much as she wants. She doesn't have a nurse or anything like that, but if is something happens she can pull a string and someone will come. She plays cards, arts and crafts, and she's always telling me that she is happy!
