Chad and his crew did were pleasant, professional and got the job done. The only problem was the huge amount of dust created. I expected from the process and equipment they used there would be very little dust left. Other than that I was very satisfied.

Friendly and on time. Got right to it, and explained his findings with the price right up front. Performed the needed repair, and was out the door with a smile. Afterward, I had a question, and he was quick to answer my call and put my mind at ease. I have peace of mind going into the winter, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Upon researching the company and the products, I feel the work ethics of the employees also lives up to the companies name "Five Star". The techs went above and beyond to make sure the units were setup, installed and working to perfection. I would recommend this company to everyone. Extremely happy with their work and talented skills. Definitely a company who has built their reputation on quality and dependability.
