Great information - answered all of my questions. After comparing Train, Lennox and Carrier for quality, efficiency, warranty, and cost I went with Carrier and Xenia Heating and Air.
The installer did not fully charge the system on a 90 degree day(Friday) resulting in the system freezing up and our house temperature reaching 80 degrees the following day, then another technician (Great Guy!) returned and admitted the installer did not charge the system and it took him 2+hrs to thaw and then charge the system- 48 hours later the system has not shut OFF
