Josh is a wonderful person to have come fix your ac. My kids took a liking to him and were curious about what he was doing so they asked a lot of questions and followed him around trying to help. He let them help and answered every question no matter how silly it was. He checked everything and explained things to me so I could understand since I know nothing of an ac unit. Excellent service
We lost our AC on a Friday night in July. They had someone come out on Saturday to take a look. He was great, helpful and gave us multiple options to get things fixed. We decided that replacing our 20+ year old furnace was the best option. He put a quote together and got things moving for us. This was a really good experience.
They were professional and knowledgeable. Will have no problem calling back if needed.
Josh, the tech, was great as was every aspect of dealing with the company. Everyone was courteous and professional. Josh evaluated the system, described all of my options and let me decide what I wanted to do. I appreciate someone not trying to waste my time or charge me for services I don't really need. Overall, I feel very satisfied with the experience today and I'd recommend 5 Star to all of my friends.

Struggled a little with overall rating since some aspects of installation of Carrier heat pump and fan coil didn't go as well as expected. The heat pump was installed too close to the house and while installing new cold air return, some damage to dry wall was done; however, now for the good news, everyone I talked with was friendly and professional in helping resolve my issues.
