Out regular heating and air service company was closed for the holiday and we needed service quickly. We called and had someone servicing our air conditioning system within 2 hours after our call. The technicians were polite and knowledgeable. They informed us of the problem, the things they had to do to fix the problem, and what we needed to do after they left. I would certainly recommend Xenia Heating and Air to anyone in need of their services.

Josh was very knowledgeable with all the options. He went through different options for me and explained each option. He asked a lot of questions to figure out which one would be the best option for me. He did all the figuring out part with me so it was easy for me to figure out which one would serve me the best!

When our AC went out on a Friday afternoon, we were facing a weekend of no AC and company staying at our house. Xenia Heating & Air had a tech at our house in a few hours and got the AC fixed. He was prompt and respectful and went above and beyond. We have had several good experiences and will always be calling them for future needs.

I had several companies out to look at my issue and I got something different from each one. Not even my home owners insurance would touch it. Within 15 minutes of being at the house, they were able to locate and fix my problem. If I had called them earlier. I wouldn't have a hole in my floor that is going to cost an arm and a leg to fix. I wanted to cry. I wont ever call anyone else out to fix my issues.
