We worked with Ted Ferris to design and install our landscaping in the front and back of our home in April of 2022. We live in an HOA community, therefore we have some semi-strict rules that needed to be followed, and Ted and crew were more than happy to accommodate. Ted's Yavapai crew installed all our initial front and back landscaping last June. An issue recently developed with a young tree needing reinforcing. When Ted became aware of the issue, he sent Caesar to correct the problem on the same day. Thanks to all

This is a second review. The first was 2 stars due to issues with the construction issues and delays and no follow-up to my calls, Emails and a registered letter. After posting reviews in several sites I was contacted and the owner, one of his supervisors and an office person came to my home to address my issues. They admitted that they had failed to follow-up and had missed my communications. They agreed to fix the issues I had. Last Friday they came to my home and fixed my patio problems. The paver patio and stairs are... read more

First let me say Yavapai Landscaping changed our home into a beautiful home! We initially used another company about 8 months ago. After problem after problem my wife and I decided to go with a complete redo. We heard about Yavapai landscaping from our neighborhood. Everyones homes looked so nice that used Yavapai. We selected Yavapai landscaping for our new Prescott home because we were impressed with the quality and "artistic look" of other projects they had done in our neighborhood. From our first call to them the company was very responsive, organized, and punctual. Sales Manager Ted Ferris did a great job listening and made great suggestions to realize our vision.
