We used Yavapai Landscaping to do both our front and back yards after moving into our new build in Westwood at Deep Well Ranch. Ted Ferris was our designer and project manager, and he was excellent every step of the way. We live in an HOA community, therefore we have some semi-strict rules that needed to be followed, and Ted and crew were more than happy to accommodate. This is a second review. The first was 2 stars due to issues with the construction issues and delays and no follow-up to my calls, Emails and a registered letter. After posting reviews in several sites I was contacted and the owner, one of his supervisors and an office person came to my home to address my issues. They admitted that they had failed to follow-up and had missed my communications. They agreed to fix the issues I had. Last Friday they came to my home and fixed my patio problems.
