They did an amazing job on our backyard. I am a small business owner and was very impressed with Ted Ferris and his crew. They completed the work on time and the design was amazing. I referred Ted Ferris to my friends in talking rock and again another amazing job done on time. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody for all their landscaping needs.

Just over a year ago, we bought a brand new house with a huge dirt lot. Ted from Yavapai was there to give us guidance on the best materials. Since then we have done several projects with Yavapai Landscaping, including a wall, retaining walls, a fountain, drains for areas that flooded, an extended driveway, a curved sidewalk, and lots of landscaping, including Piñon Pines, maples and a cherry blossom tree. I can't recommend Yavapai Title landscaping enough!

Just over a year ago, we bought a brand new house with a huge dirt lot. Ted from Yavapai was there to give us guidance on the best materials. We recently purchased a new home in Prescott and needed landscaping. We contacted a few landscaping companies and finally decided to go with Yavapai Landscaping in Prescott. So glad we did! From the initial design and planning stages working with Ted to the final installation with Cesar and his crew everything turned out fantastic! We chose Yavapai Landscaping upon the recommendation of our neighbors. We had a large L-shaped lot which did not lend itself to an easy design. Despite that, Ted Ferris, the business manager and a true visionary, developed a beautiful design within a few days and he incorporated every specific request I had made, e.g., artificial turf and a small pool for our dog, planting areas and a gazebo oriented toward a lovely view of Glassford Hill.
