This is a second review. The first was 2 stars due to issues with the construction issues and delays and no follow-up to my calls, Emails and a registered letter. After posting reviews in several sites I was contacted and the owner, one of his supervisors and an office person came to my home to address my issues. They admitted that they had failed to follow-up and had missed my communications. They agreed to fix the issues I had. Last Friday they came to my home and fixed my patio problems. First let me say Yavapai Landscaping changed our home into a beautiful home! We initially used another company about 8 months ago. After problem after problem my wife and I decided to go with a complete redo. We heard about Yavapai landscaping from our neighborhood. Everyones homes looked so nice that used Yavapai. We selected Yavapai landscaping for our new Prescott home because we were impressed with the quality and "artistic look" of other projects they had done in our neighborhood. From our first call to them the company was very responsive, organized, and punctual. Sales Manager Ted Ferris did a great job listening and made great suggestions to realize our vision. The crew, led by Chilo, was fabulous. They made requested adjustments and were true artists in building a rock wall and river, and the front and back paver work. Ju... read more

The office staff was very helpful through the entirety of the project. With a sales team that has a keen eye for detail and a passion for what they do. The crew that preformed the installation were quick and nothing short of experienced craftsman. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for fair quality work.

From the beginning we were very impressed with Ted Ferris and Yavapai Landscaping but wanting to do our due diligence we met with the other two as well.
