Yester was great to work with but we also worked with Tommy Irvin in the beginning to get the process started and he was great and every informative

Yester was quite helpful in addressing my concerns and questions during the refinance process of my mortgage.
Closed on my refinance in a timely matter, they beat other companies by atleast a .5% intrest rate. I got to sign everything over the phone and was walked through things if need. And when it came time to close i was able to schedule the closing time and location myself. They even sent someone to my house to do the closing.
She was rarely available and had to chase her and the team for information given my documents were wrong No one checked with me prior to closing to ensure documents were right . To this point still have issues and no ideas of everything will be settled
Process was completed quickly and Yester was efficient and pleasant to work with.
