The salesman was pushy and the team did not show up on the day they were scheduled.

The installers did a nice job
I feel like there needs to be some type of compensation for all the time and trouble we have had it's been over a month We have had to cancel dr appointments and missed a few things to accommodate all the work crews that have been here
It took 5 times as long to complete!
As soon as we signed the contract it was downhill. Months of delays, product not being sent to complete the job, instructing the installer to do subpar and shady work. It’s not worth the money or the headache
Took too long to get windows,. Then did NOT do them when best for us as we were told. They wanted to come EARLY MORNING to put bedroom windows in. My husband was in hospital. This was MONTHS after we ordered them. Brought WRONG windows had to WAiT AGAIN, to get right windows. Then DIFFERENT installer so didn't know what had to be done. We were told ALL INSTALLERS were trained by you even sent somewhere to get SPECIAL TRAINING.These guys are subcontractors working for themselves not YOUR OWN. The installation was on the day agreed upon, it was installed professionally and courtesy by the two installers.
The sales man made us feel easy during our time. He helped us get what we wanted.
