When i agreed to use this company i was told it would take about 3 days. It has been a month and still not complete and no idea when someone will be here to finish.

We were pushed back three times. The installers were here almost at the end of the contract. They were not able to come on the second day due to vehicle problems. The installers were able to come on the third day and finished the project in half a day We have water leak that showed up today. It is small and in a place that causes no harm. I have contacted the company so they are aware of the problem. I am waiting to hear back from them to see what is going to be done about it..
Too much time waiting and rescheduling, I even called the plumber myself to make sure it was set up.
The sales rep misled us. He made it sound like we would have a team of workers and there was only one carpenter for the entire project. My husband had to help him as there was no way he could have installed the glass door alone. The 3 day project took 8 weeks and 7 different plumbers before it finally passed code. Sales rep swore we could contact him with any issues and he totally ghosted us. Failed to complete as expected or promised! Just kept getting excuses!
Had some problems coordinating plumber that cost us some money. However company paid it, it just delayed the project
Sorry but no I am embarrassed to tell anyone what I paid I seriously think I could have gotten something better and cheaper
I’m very dissatisfied with the entire process and finished product. Likely my home’s value is lower after the tub-to-shower conversion.
