Took too long to get windows,. Then did NOT do them when best for us as we were told. They wanted to come EARLY MORNING to put bedroom windows in. My husband was in hospital. This was MONTHS after we ordered them. Brought WRONG windows had to WAiT AGAIN, to get right windows. Then DIFFERENT installer so didn't know what had to be done. We were told ALL INSTALLERS were trained by you even sent somewhere to get SPECIAL TRAINING.These guys are subcontractors working for themselves not YOUR OWN. When i agreed to use this company i was told it would take about 3 days. It has been a month and still not complete and no idea when someone will be here to finish.
Too much time waiting and rescheduling, I even called the plumber myself to make sure it was set up.
The sales rep misled us. He made it sound like we would have a team of workers and there was only one carpenter for the entire project. My husband had to help him as there was no way he could have installed the glass door alone. The 3 day project took 8 weeks and 7 different plumbers before it finally passed code. Sales rep swore we could contact him with any issues and he totally ghosted us. Failed to complete as expected or promised! Just kept getting excuses!
Sorry but no I am embarrassed to tell anyone what I paid I seriously think I could have gotten something better and cheaper
I’m very dissatisfied with the entire process and finished product. Likely my home’s value is lower after the tub-to-shower conversion.
