It seems that the builders were not on the same page and installed it incorrectly{bathroom} They did fix the problem that i was aware of

My whole experience has been in turmoil from day one, after the initial quote, issues arose and we were given discounts to keep the project on track, then I lost my job and wanted to move the project later after I had a new job, but was told that was not possible because products were produced for our project, I told them I still wanted to do the project, but just not until after I got a new job.
