Just like another reviewer mentioned, there are ridiculous surcharges which I do NOT agree with. It's really too bad, since I have gone to this restaurant countless times over many years. The menu is interesting and accommodates a lot of restricted diets, but it's definitely all quite overpriced. Great service, plenty of parking, fresh ingredients, and a plethora of choices. Outdoor seating available with heaters as well.

This post is based on their delivery experience- Recently been on a gluten free diet and was scoping the Los Angeles valley area for healthy eats. After reading the reviews, I decided to give Hugo's a go and have a bit of mixed feelings. Love Hugo's. They can be a bit pricey, but the food is very tasty and wholesome. They have several vegetarian options if you choose so. They have a wonderful arrangement of teas and lemonades with various flavors. I love their pasta dishes as well as their quinoa salad. You should definitely try it if you're in the area.

It was my first time going to Hugo's ! My boyfriend took me here on Valentine's Day and it was also my birthday! The service is so amazing, very friendly! The moment you walk in it really feels like home ! Our food was super good ! My boyfriend and I ordered the pasta victor ! Perfect level of spicy and cheese ! As well we got mimosas! And the waiter so nice enough to give me a free ice cream for my birthday! And once we finished the paying the hostess guy was so nice that he gave me 2 roses ! Honestly 10/10

The prices seem to have gone up a lot. For a salad and burger with fries and latte our bill was $60 at lunch time. The food is delicious but I'm not sure we are willing to keep paying higher and higher prices for a regular meal. 22 for the burger and fries. The salad was $20 plus 6.95 since I requested to add chicken. The portions were good and the ingredients were quality so I can't complain too much - I know the cost of everything is unfortunately going up. The horchata latte is my favorite! After moving out to LA a year and a half ago I finally tried this place right down the street from my apartment! Not sure why I always looked passed it but finally came here for brunch and it was pretty good! The chilaqules that I got was very flavorful and tasty but the wait was a bit long. The place was packed but luckily we were able to get in even without a reservation.

First time at Hugo's tonight for a birthday celebration. Two of our group have gluten allergies, so it was very nice that they had so many choices to choose from. All the meals looked great, portions are large. I ordered the Chicken Carciofi. I enjoyed the combination of flavors of artichoke hearts, spinach, grape tomatoes, Kalamata olives, garlic and white wine in the sauce.
