One of my favorite restaurants, especially for breakfast. The Cali-Benedict with avocado and veggie bacon is to die for. Hugo's also has many vegan options.

I think I'm being nice with the three stars because my experience was two stars 's but other people in my group had a four-star experience, so I'm giving the place the benefit of the doubt. Putting aside it took around 40 minutes to get our food, the food was cold and the order was wrong. The menu was eclectic which is up to each person to judge. Solid meal, ordered takeout. Got a plate with the turkey loaf, mashed potatoes and spinach. All really tasty. I added salmon and garlic cream sauce. That's where I'm not so sure. The salmon was overcooked (dry!!!) and the garlic cream was good, but mostly butter. I'll try ordering again with something other than salmon.

We enjoyed dinner here one evening. It was fairly busy which was surprising. The servers were nice. Inside it is old and can use a remodeling but we will be back for the carbonara.

Must try the Lentil soup!! It's amazing with really great flavor and a very clean brothy consistency! Everything on the menu is made of quality ingredients and from scratch recipes! The staff is super friendly and the space is clean and welcoming! Apparently the Lentil soup is only on the menu for a limited time don't miss out great option for togo!

Love Hugo's! Such an iconic Los Angeles eatery and their options for vegan and vegetarian customers are the best. The food is great and I love the outside/inside dining options. The only thing that I could critique about this place is parking which can be tricky especially when it gets busy. You might need to park on the street and trek over. But its worth it!

Food: good diner/ coffee shop dishes, plus some outside that descriptive. Our group of three tried the breakfast burrito, pumpkin pancakes, and omelette - all good, with everyone agreeing the pancakes were great. Parking lot is kinda small, but we easily found nearby street parking (at noon on Sat). Service was attentive, food arrived as prompt as expected. This is one of my favorite spots to meet friends in Studio City for many reasons...and none of them include "celebrity sightings!" Okay, yes, there are many here. But this girl doesn't care. Ha! I come here for healthy, organic, and delicious food!!!!
