I had such a great experience here! The place is beautiful and has such a nice vibe—perfect for a girls’ night, a date, or just taking some cute pictures. Carla was our server, and she was honestly the sweetest. She was so friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome from the moment we sat down. I would like to share my experience visiting Zama Restaurant. I was truly impressed by both the quality of the service and the beautiful presentation of the food. We had a fun night at this restaurant. Great energy, and creative food and drink options. I especially enjoyed the Mezcalita drink, and the Black Cod was also excellent. All of the staff were very kind and efficient.
Zama is always an amazing experience. The service is professional, fun, and engaging—the staff really knows how to create a great vibe. The bongo show is always entertaining, but the highlight of the night was when the entire restaurant lit up with sparklers during Sweet Caroline song! Such an unforgettable atmosphere. Great food, great energy, and definitely one of the best dining experiences in San Diego!
Beautiful restaurant, good food. Despite having a reservation, they tried to seat our party of 6 in a walkway outside right in the middle of where the staff need to walk. Then they squeezed us at a table clearly for 5. Service was slow, no attention for a while after we sat, food came at different and random times. VERY loud. Good for a drink at the bar or date night, but not a business dinner.

Amazing experience at Zama! The atmosphere is vibrant and fun, the service was attentive and professional, and the food was outstanding. The sushi was incredibly fresh, the cocktails were excellent, and the overall energy of the restaurant made the night unforgettable. One of the best dining experiences in San Diego.
