We were a large party with reservations and we were promptly seated. The atmosphere was very engaging and fun, the perfect start to our night out to see P!nk! Four of our party ordered the Miso Black Cod and loved it! We also enjoyed the sushi rolls - Sexy Pink of course was one of them but all were delicious. As the restaurant got quite busy the food was a little slow coming out but our server encouraged us to order before the rush so we had plenty of time to enjoy our meals before the concert. I had an amazing experience at Zama. The atmosphere is elegant yet relaxed, the service was attentive and professional without ever feeling overwhelming, and the food was absolutely outstanding. We waited 45 minutes for food and drinks. Others came out quickly. No apologies or anything… Once we got our food it was good, drinks were good. Ambience is cool, but noise level is very loud. If you want to be able to have a conversation I would recommend somewhere else- if you want to just dance and vibe and eat with no conversation- this is the place for you! Love the decor though

An unforgettable dining experience from start to finish. The restaurant was outstanding, but what truly made the night special was our server. He was attentive without being intrusive, genuinely warm, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Every recommendation was spot on, and his timing was perfect throughout the entire meal. Latin American Asian fusion doesn't quite encapsulate the essence of this restaurant, it barely scratches the surface. Braised beef, Wagyu Sashimi, sushi rolls galore and more all done in a way that fits the definition yet the flavor goes so far beyond that. Truly great dining experience with an upbeat and lively atmosphere and Alex was a wonderful server who helped make the dinner memorable.
