I have used Zerorez 3 times including 2 townhouse cleanings, and a 12 passenger Van today, and the quality of the cleaning all 3 times was extra-ordinary. The Van cleaning included the carpet and upholstery in an 18 yr old van. The TH carpet, original, is 13 yrs old, and is not yet ready to be replaced. Branden was very courteous, and professional. I would recommend Zerorez, Richfield Mn in a heartbeat.

First of all, our technician, Tyler Trent was great. He was very knowledgable, explained everything he was doing and going to do. When we get the rest of our house done, I want Tyler to do it !! In our old house (we just downsized), we had a couple of other companies clean our carpets over the years. They were unable to get some stains (from kids & pets) out.
