Good cleaner This is a very good pool cleaner at a reasonable price. I considered getting a cheaper, generic model, but I went with this because it works with a variable speed pump too--something I hope to get soon.
Hangs Up on Steps This was a replacement for an identical unit which just "aged out" at seven years. Probably owing to better suction performance with the replacement, it constantly hangs up in the curved corner between the side of the pool and the bottom step to the "tanning ledge." Occasionally, it frees itself, but I usually just give it a tug and send it on its way to other areas of the pool. Wish it didn't do this, but not a major issue.
Last vacuum you'll ever need. My 2nd Zodiac Barracuda G3, my 1st lasted fifteen years! It is reliable, sturdy, cleans the pool thoroughly. Replacement parts are but expensive but because you can replace parts that wear out due to normal wear and tear, your vacuum can be maintained and lasts a very long time. Great vacuum!

Amazing Cleaning Ability We've had several types of pool cleaners. Including inground pop up cleaners in our first pool. After moving we've tried several different types and brands and this one we ended up going back too. It is by far our favorite. It cleans amazingly well, and no mechanical parts to break, get as stuck, etc. I can easily and cheaply replace the fin and diaphragm myself when they get worn out. Champ Works like a champ
Super Clean I bought it for my father. He has left in the pool since I bought it 3 or so weeks ago and it's still cleaning really well. The first day the pool was so filthy from weeks of not cleaning it and in a few hours it was spotless. We did have to empty it out several times because of how dirty it was. So far it has been wonderful! I will update this review if something breaks or goes wrong.
Easy to set up Got is set up pretty quick, used all of the hose attachments to get to the suggested length based on size of my pool. So far it's doing a good job of keeping the bottom of the pool clean.
Cant get it to move .... Loved this when we first received, now no matter how I adjust the suction from skimmer i cant get it to move except right at the moment I increase or decrease suctiion. I have tried shortening hose link by link or lengthening same thing At a loss now and have only had a little over a year.
