When I spoke to the rep, he really understood my concerns, toke action and sent me repair items to solve my problem. As a customer and a pool person for years, it is not easy to find a person in business that takes the time for their clients, you have one of those, don't ever lose him

I still have my Zodiac T3 pool cleaner 10 years still working and decided to upgrade to the M6 . The hoses are the same so I have an extra set and it’s was very easy to get the M6 to start working. It does everything climbs up the sides to the waterline then stays on the wall and starts going around the sides to clean then back down to the floor. I am glad I upgraded.
