Great Pool Vacuum!! The media could not be loaded. My pool has never been cleaner. This vacuum even cleans the water line around the pool. I was going to return it because it was getting stuck at the pool steps every time. I called support and they suggested to return it and buy a different model. I did my research and found that by adding and additional weight to the hose 3-inches above the vacuum the issue will be resolved. Best pool Vacuum After years of struggling with the overpriced under performing Hayward pool vac this Polaris MX6 is the greatest advancement in pool technology in my 30 plus years of maintaining my own pool. Do yourself a favor and enjoy throwing the Hayward in the trash. I treated myself to disposal of the Hayward pool vacuum supplies and parts as well. Cleans well - constantly have to fix hose The vacuum cleans very well, haven’t had to brush pool much. BUT, the hose constantly gets tangled or ends up blocking my skimmer creating water flow issues to the pump.The hose length is correct, but I still have to adjust the hose again and again
Works great!! This unit does a great job on the leaves on the bottom of the pool. It does get stuck sometimes on the steps that lead to our Baja step but sell inconvenience is worth the fact that I am saving on a pool guy, well worth it.

Great Device (get the hose adapter!) So, this device is great and cleans my 25k gallon pool perfectly. Just throw it in, fill the hose with water holding it over the outlet, attach it to your pump inlet and watch it roll around cleaning the poolOne major design flaw is the hoses they use are the worst I've ever seen as far as durability goes. Working great Works well climbs walls good coverage. Was worried about it picking up string leaves and plugging up. Have not had that happen.
Less than 14 days, wore out one track I actually love this pool cleaner, however in less than 14 days it had worn out one of the tracks. It stripped the rubber off the inside of the track and would not pull any longer. I believe it had too much play in it and that allowed it to flip off the wheel. Our pool is in a clean lanai so there was no other reason for this to happen other than it came to me defective. I think it would be a good idea if they sent me new rubber tracks!
Finicky! Wouldn't buy again. I spend so much time messing with it! It's on it's back if the suction is too high, doesn't move if it's too low, sucks in air if it's anything even slightly off center of those two things. Gets stuck on the side of stairs several times a day. I have to run it only during the day so I can go out and reset it over and over. I have to take it apart frequently to realign the gears for the wheels. The vacuum should make for less work but it's been the opposite.
