My family and I, had contacted Covid.I needed just a few more days before going over some paperwork. They allowed me time to recuperate and gave me a call back. I really did appreciate that. They are very professional very courteous. I couldn’t of asked for more.

I need new pads for my tens unit and the woman I spoke with was very helpful and is sending me a couple of pads complimentary to try.

It was fairly easy to place the first time order for the equipment. My only complaint is that I couldn’t see the price I was agreeing to or see how much my insurance would cover when ordering. Now I have to sit and wait worrying about whatever bill will come

I t was okay. I didn’t like the way they do business. I like to know ahead of time if my insurance will pay for it or not or even how much. When the way it works was done I did not have to good feeling so I said no. Thank you.
