Mr. Fin contacted me about my prescription from the Dr office for a tense unit from zynex. Mr Fin, called, he was polite, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Felt like I was talking to a friend and not a stranger. He called me back today with an update because there was issues with my prescription from the Dr office, and insurance coverage. I am healing after surgery and an accident. In physical therapy I was put on a tens unit. I received such relief from the pain. The physical therapist told me that I could purchase a home unit to use and bring needed pain relief. Zynex came through for me! I was introduced to sales representative, Brian. He gave me a loaner Zynex unit for me to use until my own was delivered. Thank you Brian and Zynex for helping relieve some pain during this very difficult time.
