I can stop the burning between my shoulders and in my neck. I use it on my left hip and lower back too and I can sleep at night after a treatment. My arm pain becomes minimal and makes it easier to hold things. I have much pain in my upper arms. My diagnosis of degenerative bone disease is a constant source of pain. This unit makes a world of positive relief.
