Brian, the technician was very helpful. He helped me run a troubleshooting session to see if he could figure out what was wrong. He went through the process in a manner that l could follow very easy. Unfortunately nothing worked so he is processing an urgent request for a replacement

I had been getting weekly cervical traction from my physical therapist for several months and was planning an extended vacation but didn't want to discontinue the treatments. The Zynex unit was the perfect solution. It is light and easily portable, and allows me to safely enjoy all the same benefits of cervical traction while at home or out of town.

Great I use Zynex to take away the nerve pain I have on my right side whenever I need it without going to pt for treatment . It is a life saver literally .
