Sturdy equipment, convenient A/C or D/C and carrying pouch. Fast to auto-ship additional supplies. However, when they called to verify my insurance before shipping the equipment to me, they couldn’t tell me if there would be any out of pocket expense. 3 months later (after sending additional supplies twice) they send me a bill and I was shocked. Delivery was unexpectedly fast unit is super user friendly. The customer service is great when they called to explain the device to me. Will definitely recommend this company to anyone

I am so thankful for Zynex and their staff. They really do go above and beyond for you, the patient. I found out my insurance would not cover my machine and I thought I was going to have to send it back. Thanks to Zynex and how they care, I am making payments to purchase my machine myself! I was so happy and will forever recommend Zynex and use them! Thank you again!
