Was not happy to find out I had to pay up front for devise, there for was not able to get the equipment

Easy to talk with and processing took very little time
I received prompt notification of my referral along with contact from Zynex medical explaining when my device was to be expected and contact information I can direct any questions I nag have when my devise comes.
