Zynex helps with my chronic back pain and when it locks up. After surgery I was getting really bad leg cramps and brought me relief with my pain meds. I always have plenty of supplies.

Sturdy equipment, convenient A/C or D/C and carrying pouch. Fast to auto-ship additional supplies. However, when they called to verify my insurance before shipping the equipment to me, they couldn’t tell me if there would be any out of pocket expense. 3 months later (after sending additional supplies twice) they send me a bill and I was shocked. They were trying to bill Medicare $359 each time they sent supplies and for the original shipment. I called to tell them I don’t want their equipment or invoice…they verified al... read more
